In the run up to our March performances of "Feel" and "Feel / More" we're taking the opportunity to introduce you to our fierce and fantastic group of new collaborators. First of our new tribe is the brilliant Fergus Church.
Fergus is a writer from London and a recent graduate of the University of Exeter, where he studied English. He is currently living his lifelong dream of being a struggling writer working at Waterstones.
His recent writing credits include Like Matilda (November 2017 - Theatre503), A Bit Of Fun (October 2017 – The Hidden Theatre Company), Littleness (May 2017 – Theatre With Teeth) and The Forecast: A New Musical (June 2016 – T3 Festival). His monologue Tapestry was also longlisted for Heretic Theatre’s Heretic Voices and will be performed in February.
Fergus is also an actor and singer, having performed in numerous musicals including Argosy Theatre Company’s The House of Edgar(August 2016), which was nominated for a Brighton Fringe Award and Shotgun Theatre’s Godspell (August 2017), both at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
His work aims to find wonder within the ordinary and explore LGBTQ+ themes; one day he wants to write a gay version of Amélie. He is incredibly excited about Feel+, which is his first project with Proforça.
