Alex is an Offie award-winning actor, writer and producer, and the creator of the acclaimed one-person play Why I Stuck a Flare Up My Arse for England. First staged at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2023, the show returned to the festival in 2024 where it won the Holden Street Theatres Award and transferred to Adelaide Fringe, going on to win Best Theatre & Physical Theatre. It has also enjoyed multiple London runs and a UK tour.
This is Alex’s debut performance for Proforca Theatre Company.

Ben Watts is a Derby-born actor and graduate of Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

David is an award winning Writer, Director, and Artistic Director from Coventry based in London. He is also the Artistic Director of Proforca Theatre Company and the Lion & Unicorn Theatre in Kentish Town.
His awards include Off West End “Offie” nominations for “Lately”, “Flashbang” and OffComm nominations for “At Last” and “Feel More”, and Standing Ovations Nominations for “AAAAA” and Best Director for “The Shatter Box” and the winner of the New Writing Awards 2025 as the writer of At Last (as James Lewis with Alexander Knott).
David is a regular press & podcast contributor and was awarded a special commendation for services to Pub Theatre in 2021 by London Pub Theatres Magazine.

Lucy is a Movement and Intimacy Director from the Midlands. She has a master's degree from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and has trained and worked professionally as an actor and dancer. She explores physical storytelling and movement languages to enable full embodiment and character creation, through devising in a consent-based inclusive practice. She is particularly interested in how to create rituals and ensemble movement to create shared histories and narration to drive performance narratives.

Dan trained at Italia Conti, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Acting. Recent credits include a lead role in "No Explanation", a short film by Steven Knight, DCI Renford in the National Theatre’s UK tour of Evan Placey’s "Jekyll & Hyde" and Donalbain & 1st Murderer in Macbeth at Kew Gardens with the Australian Shakespeare Company.

Lauren is an offie-nominated actor based in Hertfordshire. She trained at Rose Bruford and the National Youth Theatre. Since graduating, she has worked mainly in screen projects, most recently playing Lauren David in the pilot episode for OUT OF BOUNDS.
