BENJAMIN BOOTH-BENNETT | RYAN / JASON

Benjamin is an actor based in London currently training at The London Meisner Company. He began his training at Sylvia Young Theatre school and since then has worked on various film projects, including the multi-award winning ‘The Immunda Experiment’ and ‘The Last Day’ for Sky Arts.

He has also trained in various styles of dance and is skilled behind the camera, having worked on numerous media projects and leisurely pursuing photography.

Benjamin is really excited to be making his London theatrical debut with Proforca Theatre Company’s Flashbang.

MATT WAKE | RYAN / ANDY

Matt grew up in Hertfordshire and graduated from Guildford School of Acting in 2021. Theatre credits include Lately (Proforca Theatre), The Players of Dieudone (Hideout Theatre), and The Last Laugh (Take Note Theatre). Most recently, Matt played Romeo in the Young Shakespeare Company's tour of Romeo & Juliet.

In 2023, Matt worked on his first feature film, Melodrive (M&M Film Productions), releasing later this year. Matt is a founding member and associate artist of Hideout Theatre and is currently developing Hideout's next production.

Matt is an Associate Artist of Proforca Theatre Company.

FRED WARDALE | RYAN / DEANO

Fred Wardale is an Off West End and Standing Ovation Award-nominated actor from the East Midlands. Fred graduated from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in 2021 and began working closely with Proforca Theatre Company in both runs of Offie-nominated Lately and the critically-acclaimed original run of Flashbang.

Fred has worked on various short film and voiceover projects. He is currently co-writing short film The Centre with fellow graduate, Will Meadows.

Fred is an Associate Artist of Proforca Theatre Company and originated the role of Deano in the previous iteration of “Flashbang”

DAN NASH | MIKEY

Dan trained in acting at Italia Conti, graduating in 2020. He’s a Brummie lad based in London.

His recent credits include a South England tour of Shakespeare’s ‘All’s Well That Ends Well’, Proforça Theatre Company’s very own ‘48’ and ‘AAAAA’ and Jermyn Street Theatre’s ‘The Sonnet Project’. Credits whilst training include ‘The Accrington Pals’ by Peter Whelan, ‘Love and Information’ by Caryl Churchill and ‘Almost, Maine’ by John Cariani (Lion & Unicorn Theatre and Edinburgh Fringe).

DAVID BRADY | DIRECTOR

David is an Offie-Nominated Writer, Director, and Artistic Director from Coventry based in London.

For Proforça credits include: If I Go (2016) Saucy Jack & The Space Vixens (2016), The Importance of Being Earnest (2017), Reading Gaol (2017-18), Feel (2018-19), Feel More (2018-2020), At Last (2019), AAAAA (FiveAl (2021). Volcano (2022), the Offie-Nominated Lately (2021 & 2023) & Flashbang (2022). David was nominated as Best Director for London Pub Theatres for The Shatter Box (2023).

Other credits include Getting Rid (2018) for Actor Awareness, work for Far Cry Theatre (2019), Hooked Theatre (2021) ChewBoy Productions (2022) and Associate Producer of BLUEBIRD (2018) and "2nd Coming Again" (2018 -2019). He has directed work at YORAC, Theatre N16, The King's Head Theatre, Hertford Theatre, Upstairs at the Western, The Space, The Old Joint Stock Theatre & The Albany Theatre, Coventry (amongst others).

David is also the Artistic Director of the Lion & Unicorn Theatre in Kentish Town and was awarded a special commendation for services to Pub Theatre in 2021 by London Pub Theatres Magazine.

LUCY GLASSBROOK | MOVEMENT DIRECTOR

Lucy is a Movement Director, Intimacy Director and choreographer from the Midlands. She has worked with professional artists and volunteer participants from a variety of communities and backgrounds. She has a master's degree in Movement Directing and Teaching from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and has trained and worked professionally as an actor and dancer. Lucy's practice is inclusive and consent based to find a collaborative movement language within the world of the play. Her work contributed to an "Offie" nomination for Best New Play (Lately, Proforca Theatre)
